If you have questions regarding your order or any of our products, our ladies in the office will be happy to help.  You can call the office at 803.564.3174 between the hours of 9 and 4 Monday - Saturday.  Exchanges and refunds must be made within thirty days of the purchase.  The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Returned items must be new, never used or worn, and must be shipped with original tags enclosed.

Credit Cards:  We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover® for  phone and Internet orders. 

Check or Money Order: Payment may be made with check or money order when ordering by mail after verifying order via telephone. Check amount must be made in U.S. dollars. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Privacy:  Your personal information will never leave our store database.  We believe in complete privacy and will never share your personal details with anyone else.   The emails we send will always have an obvious place for you to unsubscribe if you so desire.  Our Twitter and Facebook accounts are meant to be personal, relational, informative and fun.

Shipping Rates and Policies:

We will make every effort to fill your order within 24 hours of receiving it. At times, we may find ourselves out of stock of some items. When this occurs, we promise to let you know as quickly as possible to make every effort to fill your order as quickly as possible.  See the Tyler Brothers Shipping Page for shipping fees.

We ship only to the Continental United States. 

We cannot ship Stihl or Husqvarna products due to manufacturer's restrictions.
